What a load of absolute bullshit. These videos are simply taking half of a face, then superimposing it (reflected) on the other half of the face, giving an unrealistic vetical line of symmetry down the middle.
Then when you increase the contrast, colour saturation etc. you inevitably end up with symmetrical points of light and dark on each side, which the human brain deciphers as "demons", "creatures" or "familiar shapes", due to a highly studied effect called Pareidolia.
It's actually very interesting, and explains how humans are so good at recognising faces. But in this context it's fucking ridiculous (especislly with the generic "conspiracy" music in the background).
