Right now I would definitely invest my money to Scash SCS, and I've already bought some on TradeSatoshi. It's capitalization is extremely low now and it seems to be very promising.

I invested in the VLB project for more than 50 dollars and don't worry at all. They have started ICO for the second time now. The first time they started it in December, but then stopped and returned all collected funds back to investors (about 4 million dollars). This suggests that the project is not scam and there is nothing to be afraid of.
