Is it just for me, or does someone else have such a problem.

If my memory serves right then I think my initial KYC already got approved on the platform last year and now why the team has implemented a new KYC method which is so hard to pass? The KYC procedure should be simple, easy so users can pass easily like every other big exchanges and platforms. Tried a few times thus far and keeping getting disapproved.
