Well, it is not surprising. Bitcoin is not only a digital currency but also an investment because of its market value. Its price in the market is continuously growing and by just storing Bitcoin in your wallet, a user would already have something to earn or perhaps profit. That I think, is what captures the attention of many people.

Maybe because they think that Bitcoin will become the center of currency in the upcoming future so they try to invest and save on it. Even for me i am going to invest in Bitcoin now than in real money that is because its price and value increases unexpectdly high. But lets still use real money in some transactions . Also maybe the biggest reason why Bitcoin uses now by many people is because they want to try something new.

I, along with a few people here are probably a minority. I actually invest my time into bitcoin simply because I like it's objective in general, not like most here who are only in it for the money because bitcoin is a good investment. That doesn't mean I won't sell though, I'd definitely sell a few if I needed fiat. Why cash out if I could use bitcoin in the future after we achieve mass adoption?*hopefully*

I liked the idea about the way that BTC works,first time we have money which is not under control of banks and governments,and everyone can use it anywhere in the world.For me BTC is real money today because I can pay some things,but also very valuable asset that can provide a better life for me in the future.

It would be great that BTC becomes a means of payment everywhere in the world,so we can use it in everyday life without conversion in fiat.It is good to see that more and more retailers accept BTC,unfortunately some give up of BTC because of high fees and slow confirmation,this is something developers must resolve for the future of BTC.
