As I understand it, if this happened, then this is not an investment, but a charitable contribution. Charitable foundations can not participate in commercial activities.

I also heard this information. I'm surprised that with this in mind, the project has not collected a hard cap yet.

Taking into account that the soft cap has already been collected, this is a very significant prize. Most of the airdrops give nothing now. But here 10 dollars practically fo free.
