No not yet, the fluctuations are still way too much and no one knows, after 2016 it may be a different story though 

I personally believe everyone should switch to mBTC.
If not now, once the value has stabilized.
From an investor stand point I think it would actually help as micro transactions would become more regular.

My only fear is that it might hurt LTC.
