Ethereum for sure will move up in next days and months but I think its better to invest in others cryptos that they are not in top 50.

You should hold on to your 1ETH and there's no need for you to buy another altcoin since this coin is already a promising one.Its price is getting valuable so better stay with or buy more ETH if you can afford.

It seems to me that this is a good time to buy some altcoins that can give a lot more profit than ETH. For example, OMG, ADA, NEM.

I suppose the better choice will be the investment in many good alts. I am not sure that ICO proposition is the best one. You can get EOS, TRON, and IOTA. Cardano and NEM coins are also great and they will cost more soon.

ETH is still a must own in crypto I think. If u bought it during last dip, then u just have to wait and see how high it will grow. ETH is still the most functional coin, more and more ICOs are using it. There r a lot more token than coins as far as I can see
