I believe contributors receive a bonus and obtain the token at a small fixed price. Whereas later - tokens on exchanges will likely be valued at a lot more.

What percentage of the total number of tokens will be allocated to pre-sale? What bonus will be valid within its framework?

According to the WP, most of work will be carried out by Decentralized Vision Ltd, which the platform has an agreement with.

It also complexes coordination between the teams. The worst the interaction is – the lower the paces of development of the project are.
