If spending money for your expenses is not necessary then it's better for you to hold your bitcoin. Besides, holding is also the best option since the price of btc are still dropping and lose its momentum recently.

Don't feel scared, the holidays are now over and we're expecting that btc will rise again very soon. Just be patient in waiting.

maybe you should increase the amount of bitcoin you save. you might be able to save more than 0.05 bitcoins for your future. many are predicting that bitcoin prices will actually become very high in the future. so, holding back more, I think it will not be a problem.

Any value will be worth it. I fee you because I haven't got much go invest. Better hold on to that or nothing. Since it's the only bitcoin we have. It's a bit scary because of the undtabe prices right now. Keep yourself together. Don't spend it whatever happens. It's all going to be all right. Try doing works here to have more. My advice is to hold at least 50% of your coins for the long term. You can decide the definition of "long-term". Depending on your requirements, it can be 3 years, 5 years, 10 years or 20 years. And you can do whatever you want to do with the remaining 50%. You can make investments in gambling or altcoins. Or you can do profit booking at regular intervals.

Without knowing the context its hard to give you good advice. Thats currents apporx $700. Thats a lot of money for some people, and more people would blow it without a second thought. If you can afford to keep it, I, personally would keep it. On the down side, how low can it go? On the upside .... Well one very vocal commentator is predicting that 1 bitcoin will be worth $1 Million in 2 years.

I think we should all buy and save as many bitcoin as we can. It's a great investment and one day 0.05 will be worth alot hopefully. Who knows what you could buy? But using and collecting Bitcoin helps you and the whole network and value of the coin. It's amazing he quickly it's catching on all over the world.
