The pool http://162.218.211.233:8080/getting_started did not pay anything for the blocks

I do not know to have these problems, they were tested on nicehash and miningrental before I go to the pool.

The 2% fee is correct, payments are made every 5 minutes, the minimum is set to 1 coin.

There is suppose to be 10,000 coins per block. If a mining pool does not have near that, then they are probably taking a cut of the final.
