Yes burning makes the asset more $$$$ because less supply equals higher price...

My believe is that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will grow to an extent that specialised PR institutions will be set up to ha dne marketing and promotion of cryptos. Knowledge is growing, and so also manpower and monetary resources to achieve this objective.
