Pretty much, it seems that if your project isn't 100% legitimate or have people this space recognizes they are quick to call your project a scam. Hardly a real community feel at bitcointalk because of that, whatever our tight knit family knows what is going on here and we stand to gain more because of the fudders!

You know what? that happened with bitcoin too when it started in 2009 and when people started to know in the next years: 2010, 2011, they were naysayers, it is obvious that when something new appears the mind is not ready or prepared to face it. People need to be open to new possibilities and willing to explore and accept a new paradigm, especially for disrupting movements like DeepOnion. with a closed mind, there is no way to allow new experiences to happen.

That can happen if some exchange makes Onion/USD pair. But I don't think that it will happen any time soon.

any body knows when actully they relese the wallet? 

I guess he is thinking of "mobile wallet" which is announced and IMHO will be released quite soon, but the exact time is the information only dev team knows

You can use our Wallet from china because you can use Meek with it and currently we have Chinese users who can use it no matter if their Country banned Tor. We use the last Tor update available 0.3.3 and also it counts with OFBS4.
