Sorry - where exactly do I raise a ticket - Is it in Beginners & Help?

It's almost surreal that we are entering the 40th air drop week. Funny how it's been almost for ever. That's how it's felt, but now it's starting to feel like time flew by fast. It really didn't, but it's starting to feel that way.

Yeah no, I don't have that at all.  All I see is:

I see nothing about support under in those tabs.

Is it because I don't have an account?
I can't create an account because I can't run the wallet to create a wallet address.

What sound... I didn't get any sound. Did you enable something in the options? I can't find anything... I would love that feature... pls tell me.
