Same thing with Bitcoin, people will wait it gets to $15k to buy to be sure it's on an uptrend and therefore take much bigger risks to loose money. To be fair, it's not easy to analyze crypto markets and the fundamentals of projects.

DeepOnion is such an obvious choice though, having the largest community in the low marketcap privacy coin league and being the only privacy coin on Kucoin. Don't even need to learn about the project in depth to see it's an obvious choice yes
