Goes to show how important costumer support is! Poloniex suck ass in that aspect.
I've had tickets waiting to be responded for 2 months. People don't want to fell unsafe when dealing with large sums..
People still use that exchange?

It was one of my fav back in start of 2017
They just messaged me about my KYC that I uploaded back in January...they said they "found my ticket but they don't know what it is about and I should explain"
Told them that I was requested to do KYC which I did and it never went through...then they got back to me saying, then I should do a KYC now...
I haven't replied...what a joke...just not gonna use it
