If anyone is having problems casting a vote at Hoard, it's because of the latest ReCaptcha where the user don't solve puzzles to pass, instead it relies on your cookies to see your visited websites and determine from your behavior if you were a human or a robot. I had some issues first because I disable all javascript and cookies but now I can vote everyday.
If you get an error, click the button again and it should work. If it didn't, try again after a while. I red somewhere that they are planning to fix it, for now I'll continue to vote daily.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work for everyone or it's not even the same every time. I've managed to vote like this a couple of times but I've actually tried too many times for it to work. ReCaptcha should be removed from most sites, these people have tried to block spammers and bots and have ended up making all of our lives difficult. Also, all websites should be giving a second option to determine if a user is human, especially since there is no perfect tool or method to determine that.
