Yes seems like it.. Lately I am watching many "ICO" do this. They simply announce airdrop and give away free coins... There is something insidious about this.

the rules are good and I realy want to join the airdrop but can't change my eth wallet on location until the end of april because I'm in a different airdrop

I think the aggregate supply is better than average as well. this is critical in undertakings and what amount is given out in abundance programs. you don't need individuals dumping and not understanding the venture.
