Its easy to influence the review just by adding some free goods to the product, lets say, screen protectors or a mobile phone case. Even this has negative impact on their objectiveness.

Well, such a trick is often used on AliExpress. Do you want users to leave reviews some time later, after theyll have been using the device for a long period of time?

In this case they can forget about the review. We believe that feedback should work to improve the quality of services rather than to convince ordinary users that the purchase is safe.

Its very important to minimize the number of negative reviews for business. It often happens that users evaluate the goods only by numerical rating or the first 10 reviews. Only some of them make efforts to find out the truth.
