    have you tried to send them a pm? be aware that admins are very busy so maybe you have to wait before an answers (maybe even few weeks)

    The easiest ways are either to pm them directly or start a thread in meta. Be prepared to wait for a while they usually get a lot of PMs regarding stolen accounts.
    You might know that already but if you have a problem with a smaller issue like being spammed or harrassed by someone let a moderator know. Admins don't usually engage in disputes and such.
