    WHAT IS ALTCOINS?

       -it is important to understand that the word "altcoin"  is not a name of cryptocurrency. Rather this is simply a term for "Alternative  to Bitcoin"
       the best examples of altcoins that exist in markets now a days are:
       Ripple(XRP)
       NEM(XEM)
       LITECOIN(LTC)
       ETHEREUM(ETH)

    ALTCOINS: ALTERNATIVE TO BITCOIN

       they are technically an altcoins, in general altcoins works very similar to
       bitcoin, but there are minor differences between different coin because each
       of them posses a unique features.

       Bitcoin is the most popular and widespread cryptocurrenct, because of this
       beginers and amateurs getting hard time to get bitcoin.

       Most altcoins are not so expensive,not so popular and can offer to be mined
       by beginers with CPUs

       there are thousands of altcoins in the market that vary in popularity and
       price and technical details

       most altcoins use the hashing algorithm SHA-256(use by bitcoin), and the second
       hashing algorithm is SCRYPT(use by litecoin) but there are other hashing
       algorithm use by different altcoins such as(X11,X13,X15,NIST5 and 100% POS).

       I think that the most popular altcoins since 2017 or earlier was LITCOIN(ltc)
       a SCRYPT bbase cryptocurrency that has a high market value and is more stable
       than bitcoin(my opinion) but others choose ETHEREUM(ETH).

       Altcoins can be a great and fun and profitable to invest with. It's like
       trading penny stocks, with a very small amount of money you can earn twice or
       more than of it.

    we can not deny again, that altcoins I think an innovation that can provide various facilities in the world of cryptocurrency with its unique features.
    based on my observations, before 2017 altcoin began to penetrate its popularity. More and more, many altcoins are emerging and make the crypto world more interesting to follow. highly visible today, many ICOs are launching altcoin with a variety of different basic features. it will be more profitable, especially if we do have a capital that is not too big, we can get more benefits on this altcoin technology.

    At one time you would refer to altcoins as everything that wasn't Bitcoin due to it's massive market dominance. I would prefer to think of altcoins now as anything outside of the large and established coins that have jone Bitoin such as Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Ripple.

    Yes, everybody knows about it because every alternative coin will not reach heights like Bitcoin but the thing is in order to become more popular Bitcoin should be traded with many other Alternative coins in this way people will make more fund in terms of Bitcoin.

    You can use altcoins if you want to increase your bitcoin through trading or use them based on their technological use on their own platform. Altcoins give a diverse take on the cryptocurrency market and keeps each other in check to be more successful especially as any coin can be the next bitcoin.

    Yes we can absolutely use altcoins in trading because if has lower price than bitcoins and other new users can afford to buy it unlike bitcoin that now has the highest price almost 78% of the market

    Initiatives for issuing crypto money are not usually made under any regulations and surveillance practices to obtain initial capital, thus providing a good basis for fraud.

    Altcoin, in my view, is the so-called bitcoin replacement. Many excellent altcoins even surpass bitcoin, Altcoin constitute the entire cryptocurrency market.

The coin is projected as a substitute for bitcoin and is considered preferable for use as a means of exchange. After bitcoin achieved success as the first peer-to-peer digital currency, it has paved the way for other currencies.

    yes this was true and the successful of altcoins made other companies to adopt cryptocurrency
