1.いま現在すでに始まっているプロジェクトがあるかを見る
2.技術チームの実力を見る（github，プログラミングコード）、SNSをチェックして該当する者が本当にいるかをチェックする
3.ICOプロジェクトのチームメンバーに頻繁に質問し、意見とフィードバックをぶつけ、どのように反応するかを見る。Telegram，slackグループに参加し、チームの人を知る。

6. CEOの写真を見る。CEOがカメラマンを雇えないほど貧乏で、海辺の自撮り写真しかアップできないのであれば、投資するのはやめたほうが良い。

自分はバウンティマネージャーを見たりしてますが、Hero以上のベテランやトラストが多い人がやっててもなかなかローンチされなかったり、詐欺まがいの物があるので一概には言えませんね。。。
