lately we see that many campaign ask from bounty hunters KYC after the end of campaign when work was done.
KYC must be declarated at the beginning of the campaign, because the huge part of cryptocommunity uses one of the main feature of crypto - anonymity.
By this reason community must know about KYC to keep personality anonimous and stay away from some bounties.
For control this infringers shall be punished

as far as i know, there is already a running bounty that explicitly stated about KYC for their campaign.
hopefully, the others will follow that trend if they wanted to do kyc..

If the project does not stipulate all the conditions and making some additions later - so either the marketing is not designed, or the purpose of the project is not quite legal.
