When bitcoin goes down, the value of alts go down as well when compared to fiat currencies since we are trading alts with BTC.

For my own opinion ,I think because of the dumper ,Because their are many dumpers in the trading site and i think it is because of the currency of bitcoin .   Because bitcoin is the mother of all crypto curreny and if the bitcoin price are drop in a lower price i think the price of all token and altcoin token are aslo derceasing because of the bitcoin of bitcoin are dropping in a low price .

Yes because China and South Korea want to arrange cryptomarket. This scared many investors and the price dropped. But that's pretty normal and you predict that the market will return to normal within the next few weeks. You should not let that baffle you. All you can do now is hold your coins. This is decreasing because you lose interest for it. The beginners did not buy it because of the price and the hard mining. It has not changed at all since it was created. Investors prefer coins that develop and become more advanced over time.

I think the price of other coins is kinda dependent on the price of the bitcoin in the market. Every fluctuations in the market price affects other coins. Price exchanges are factors that contribute to this volatility.

I think it's a minor correction as we all know bitcoin is the barometer of all altcoins a decrease of bitcoin price will surely affects all altcoins price. Just be patient this will be temporary and it will recover in few days.

Not all coins are dropping, in any market trading there is always the ups and downs depending on possible issues like, for instance; issues on regulations on Bitcoin, in which some government still not accepting Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, market react on any badnews or goodnews about cryptocurrency or Altcoins.
