Yes of course they will follow it.

But this means nothing, nobody expected it to be different. There isn't much reason for VISA to modify their technology to accomodate for crpyto.

What this DOES NOT mean (and apparently most people don't realize it, coming from other threads) is that this spells the end of VISA crypto payment cards. Au contraire! It basically gives companies like Monaco the guarantee that they are and will stay very relevant.
