I have been faced with scenario like this and its mostly when I want to try and accelerate the transaction only for the to say its not found. I think you will still have to wait a little longer because even if you contact the support of where the fund is coming from, what you will be told is that they have sent it and you should contact the recipient wallet since they have sent it but eventually, it will confirm.

Now, I think/confirmed that we have to wait for a long time to receive our bitcoins. Now our bitcoins are not under control of any wallet/exchanger. It's on a mining pool. Mining isn't very much profitable so they choose the transaction first which gives them high fee. Low fee transactions complete very slow. That's the reason behind it.

The transaction started on 16th of January. I don't know why it's writing 2 hours ago. I'm already in tension. I'm waiting from 3 days. Maximum I waited for 4 days last time. But I think it will await me a lot. Big reason behind it is that total of 27 inputs consumed. If input consume only 2 or 3 then transaction is so fast. But when input are 27 then miners have to collect small-small amount from every input which makes transaction longer than longer. Sometimes it takes more than 15 days. It takes time for a certain node to pick-up the relayed transaction so that's what happened in your situation; blockcypher hasn't received the txid immediately that's why it took some time before it arrived or viewed on their block explorer. Mind you, as long as your txid appears on one or two block explorers but not on others, especially if you have just created a transaction or a transaction is stuck too long in the mempool, you don't have to worry about anything at all.

Exactly the low fee is the reason that is why you still not yet received your coins. I think you know this nowadays a low fee BTC transactions are taking too much time to get confirmed. To make a safe and fast transaction always choose high or medium priority price. The fee is bit high but you will not face this kind issues.
