    We are currently exploring relationships with the previous owners of the company that ran the BiteBTC exchange.
    The previous owners sold all the rights to the exchange to the new owner, the Seychelles company First Finance LLC, however, for reasons unknown to us, they now decided to declare that they had never been involved in BiteBTC activities.
    We have not yet figured out the reasons for this act and are trying to get in touch with the previous owners in order to resolve this situation in the pretrial order.
    Unfortunately, the work of bitebtc.com at this time is intermittent and we ask all traders to treat this with understanding.
    All balances are intact on cold wallets, all servers are working normally.
    We plan to return to normal operation by the end of the week.

    Every exchange follows the AML rules. When you will ask for the additional docs to unblock my account? I have my docs ready.

    Hi !

    26/04/2019 i try 3 times withdraw my BTC. I canceled the first 2 attempts because the output did not last long. For the 3 rd time, I created the output to another address and decided to wait for the transaction. However, on 27/04/2019, I received a letter with subject "Compliance Review - Action Required" from "BiteBTC Team <support@bitebtc.com> " asking you to provide proof of origin for one of the transactions (DOGE deposit) and that my account was temporarily disabled. That same day, I responded to this email by attaching a screenshot of buying DOGE. Waiting for 2-3 days I also created a ticket with a request for the status of my account. However, the confirmation of the ticket has not been received by e-mail. The status of my problem is unknown. It's been 6 days already.

    When will the answer be? Do I have to say goodbye to my BTC?

    Dear bitebtc

    we did not understand one thing why are you disable account . What is the reason behind this. Suppose one thing you have collected 2800 btc it will not gone with you and me when i am dead it remains here. the money is worthless if money not used. If you run exchange honestly  everybody will happy beacause you will distriute haappiness between them. One time more money should be used not to be stored. we required a good diet for living not BTC to eat.
