What happens if the soft cap of the pre-tge won't be reached and in the tge the soft cap of 7k eth will be barely reached? Will the other tokens be burnt?

I've seen someone asking something similar yesterday. This was the reponse:

'If it's not reached, then all actives will be refunded. This is the way how Smart Contracts programmed.

If Soft Cap would be reached with the minimum limit, then we need to find the most rational way to use those tokens which are left. Most of them will be burned for sure, but I don't think this is necessary to liquidate them all (that's my personal view)

But the final decision is up to the team.'

What happens if the pre-tge soft cap isn't reached? All the people who bought there will get a refund? It seems unfair to me as they have to buy in the TGE again, but for a higher price. Is this correct?

It seems like the pre-tge won't hit the soft cap. What have you guys planned in terms of marketing for the main tge? This project needs a lot more attention to reach the soft cap.

Not too much activity in this thread lately, especially from the team. Let's hope the project does not get stalled. But I understand that a project based on how to "SHAPE YOUR WORLD WITH THE POWER OF THOUGHT" can meet some skepticism from traditional investors.
