too risky even for whale. Maybe they talkin about big corporation. I don`t know IBM why not, they have Watson and with skychain maybe go to the next level

I marked few for myself. But Mediblock and Skychain seems most attractive. MED ICO is over and you can it low on exchanges. Scychain ICO will start soon (they already earned more than $1 mil)

Medical Chain was a successful project

as far as I can remember, they collected 24 million dollars and are now traded somewhere 30% more than the price of ICO
