There is no bug fox. The 1% lossback is based on the net loss at Betcoin Sports. Therefore if a player wins 4,000 mbtc one day and then looses 3,000 mbtc a week later or over a week, the player receives 0 lossback because the player is still net positive 1,000 mbtc. The player still would receive Betback at the percentage which we see is accurate in your account.
Looking at the entire history of your account, the points are correct because of your net loss at the time the points were awarded. We have had players win 10, 20, 50, 100 btc which is fantastic, but in order to receive lossback there must be a net loss and it is based on the entire duration of your account.
