They already have a bounty program which I think what makes them more popular. Their ICO seems to be long and maybe because the project needs some huge amount of funds. Hopefully, they can get more investors to support their project so that our society will experience a more advanced and well-developed community.

But upon checking the link the projects there that have a long ended ICO are what they usually called HYPE project that won't exist for a long time just like the Bitconnect.
