Those are bots or guys doing account farming for airdrops - usually you have to be at least member and/or get more the higher your rank is.

I mercilessly report those accounts - not sure it helps, but they are the bane of BCT.

I bought this coin and wait masternodes launch. Because they already rescheduled for 9 april. Wait for this date. Maybe you have more info??
