Regarding utility token, from our CEO, Marten Jung:
For the company using our framework, the advantage of having our own token is, that we can guarantee them price stability for some time.
For every customers we will have a (smart) contract in which the amount of tokens for his integration scenario per month is fixed.
For this amount and the time of the contract we will be able to sell the tokens back to the customer with a fixed price.
So the customers can project his cost - as they do with our existing platform today, that charges per transaction too.
The great thing is, that with having an own token, we can do all this charging and counting transaction automatically with smart contracts!
