I do not think so. Offline betting has its own atmosphere. However, this project is undoubtedly promising as it has its own niche.

Exactly. There is a formal side to the question, but there is a practical one. I do not think that a person wishing to make a bet will have a problem with the implementation of his desire if he has access to the Internet.

How to deal with cashing of winning?

I do not think so. Offline betting has its own atmosphere. However, this project is undoubtedly promising as it has its own niche.

For the sake of the atmosphere you can visit similar institutions once a month. But playing every night or when you want immediately very comfortable in the online application. I think you will not argue with this.

I think not. You are responsible for making a decision. If the bet is accepted, then there is no reverse move.

Maybe I'm wrong, but if the platform provides services that are legal at the platform registration place, then the platform should facilitate access to its services to those citizens whose authorities are trying to ban betting.
