It actually got mentioned a lot... By all the people who invested and basically got fucked over.
The project owners claimed all the funds were spent on development etc including the "team meeting" at a resort.

Then they started sketchy shit like shilling Russian ICOs in the app and adding other in your face advertising... Conveniently ignoring all the questions about where all the money raised went.
As I recall, one of the lead Devs quit over the whole drama... Then they put BCH support in... iOS version got dumped etc.
Despite all this, it's still one of the "better" Android wallets and has a lot of decent features (BIP39, multiple accounts, open source, SegWit support, address/key import, hardware wallet support etc).
So, technically a sound wallet, but ethically has a rather chequered history
