Nicely written. If we look back on history, most of the successful investors have defied what the society is thinking. Think about Sir Newton's discovery on the Laws of Gravity. At his time even this was not accepted by the society even by people with position in the government. You can say that doing what you believe will have a fruitful reward in the end. A good read. Hopefully Smart City Eco will be able to convince more investors with this. Its really hard to go against the crowd way of thinking as you get dragged by the waves of peoples thoughts. However thinking outside the box and exploring the unconventional is really a challenge to most of us. However I do believe that this is rewarding. Take the previous post as an example. He says that there is a drop on their Stock Exchange, most people will start selling but a wise investor will observe and buy more stocks on the lowest possible price. You might say that that investor is nuts since everything is falling down the wisest decision should be selling to avoid further loss. Well you can say that he is seeing an opportunity behind the problem. I am not an expert but I would say that Smart City Eco is a good project and has a very BIG concept. It will be challenging for their team but hey they will be the one doing most of the challenging part, what we can do is put our money and invest in this BIG PROJECT and let them finish. BIG PROJECT means BIG RETURN I would dare say.
Wow, I was just away for a few days and there are already a lot of post for this project. I am sure that this project will be a BIG SUCCESS and investors will surely get a BIG RETURN as you've said. To challenge the way your community thinks always get a negative notion since you are always threading on an unknown road. Now a days people are more aware than ever and have more freedom to do what they want and reach more people with the help of the social media like facebook. Challenging the conventional way of thinking have a higher risk but will help you enlighten in the way you thread. Smart City Eco has a nice concept and this will not change. Its up for the investors if they will believe and fly with Smart City Eco or just observe and be left behind.
I'm into this project because of their multi-purpose use of the project specially in the entertainment sections who benefits all, but as a illustration of "Not into Crowd" was too risk. Taking the path by yourself specially you didn't know the quality you will entering through would required a big sacrifice of a lot of things.
That is good for you then. I'm really feeling quite positive about this project. Going against the flow or challenging what is the trend is not necessarily bad. Time and time again many people have proven that the crowd is not always right.
Even in the Bible there is a story about Mary Magdalene where people start throwing stones to her because she is a prostitute who have been found guilty with adultery. Jesus said to the crowd, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." As everyone know here, everybody just left.
The crowd is not always right, We ourselves can think of the benefits this project has to offer. Its up to us if we will take the risk.
