Horror! How many unnecessary messages, will they be banished at all?
I want to share my opinion about this project:
By mid 2018 Equitybase aims to launch a fully functional website which will be the Equitybase Platform.
Once the platform is live investors/users can invest in any amount of commercial real estate holdings and receive/release
dividends from rent roll along with asset appreciation. While there are numerous real estate management corporation's,
Equitybase uses smart contracts offering fair trade.
Although all new ICOs promise to offer an open and fair system using blockchain technology and smart contracts,
just how many will be successful and stay true to word is still a huge question.
