Yes all are scammers, Noku is working for poseidon Holding , , Davide Luigi Borella community manager for Ubiatar is the same  for https://www.noku.io/team_old/....  The same community manager Davide Luigi Borella has done many other scammers projects with Gorini wich is the CEO of Noku.
