Current Bounties:

Merchants:
100 for any merchant that accepts HBN, and 100 after 1 month
150 for charities once they start accepting HBN, and 100 after 1 month.
25 Finders Fee for the person who gets a merchant to accept HBN.

No, but since version 1.1 even just 5 HBN will generate stake. So you should be getting stake.

Just my luck, come back after about a month and things don't work. I'm using the config below, but seeing some long downtimes for the addnode addresses and I don't seem to be connecting to the network. Are there any others I can/should plug in?
