i dont get teh difficulty in cgminer.

Trying solo and it says 6.93K -  coinwars says its 0.1  (someone said 0.018 before Oo did it really go up that much?)

You may want to stop what you are doing, and follow this.

Stop client.

remove the database directory, blk0001.dat, blkindex.dat files  %appdata$/HoboNickels dir.

then either
grab this file http://www.fileswap.com/dl/NU3KZFhXVl/ and un-rar it it over the  %appdata$/HoboNickels dir.
and start client with  addnodes

Or you can remove peer.dat and set those up as connect until the block chain is downloaded.
