Either they repair the bullshit they've done in the market together, stabilize the market, block and cheat the coins of the old adms and developers of the coin so that it rises again and has the trust of the people, or it will become a shitcoin with a reputation for scanning and you will never get visibility again. And those involved will stain all projects that come in.

I told the community what we knew when we knew it. I take responsibility for it, and I ask that you direct your hate towards me as the Project Coordinator. All people who held Peepcoin before the announce will get the same amount of DAPS as they did in Peepcoin. This means if you sold after the announce, then you didn't lose your DAPS. If you held Peepcoin on 06/27/2018 02:00 UTC, you've now got DAPS. If you held the coins on an exchange wallet or a personal PC wallet, they're valid. You'll need to provide certain info to our team on swap@dapscoin.com (email is not live yet, so please don't send it!) to prove you owned x amount of peepcoin on your wallet, which will be manually processed and then airdropped via DAPS tokens.

We have come up with a workable solution to the separation of the coins, allowing DAPS holders to trade and be involved in a market before the network being live, without being reliant on Peepcoin. For this, we will be deploying the DAPS Token, which will serve as the placeholder for the eventual DAPS coin. When the DAPS main net is ready, the DAPS token will be redeemable for the DAPS coin. The DAPS Token will not stake or have masternodes, but it will be DAPS, before DAPS. This will also give us more flexibility in regards to the airdrop(s).

If I understood well DAPS is still not a currency, it is a project, which depends solely on the community that invested in PCN, and now a brash guy thinks it can hurt everyone and still have a successful currency? Well at least here in Brazil, this currency I guarantee will not be popular, because I participate in various funds and major groups of investors. It will be duly presented by me, my record of success gives me this credibility, so if there is not an apology from the guy, his exit from the project and maintenance of the project until tomorrow ... Can you be sure that I will do this currency is worth less than Embercoin here.

I believe DAPS is a good project aimed at making hodlers happy. Whatever the problem now can be resolved. All you need is just patience. But it doesn't mean that you don't have to be vigilant. We have (re)launched a poll to decide if there should be another snapshot of Peepcoin beyond the current 1:1 snapshot.

The community has asked us to change the previous voting option to something more secure, as it appears people are voting multiple times and skewing the results.

It was being discussed. People who bought quickly because there was/is a possibility of an airdrop took a risk and hope for easy gains.

Furthermore, I also believe that Captain aka TheKingInYellow, made a huge fuck up with his announcement and is doing everything to correct his mis-worded announcement.

I was on the discord channel when that happened. They said that they will probably make another snapshot with a different ratio, and then everyone started arguing about this, some saying they want a second snapshot, others saying they don't, etc. The results being inconclusive with people on both sides they decided to make a poll and let the community decide what the next course of action will be.
