That doesn't explain why sometimes the reward is 25 and other times it's 10 though... (see the link I posted). Maybe I just don't understand how it all works, but shouldn't it always be 10? Or do masternode rewards only happen for some blocks and not others?

It's because it's early stage, not enough masternodes yet, so the chain is sometimes rewarding full block to POW, to encourage spread.

It's time to mine it

It seems that Masternode is creating a sustainable and good flow for investors. But it does not seem to capture the high rate of actual exchange. How long does it take to recreate a good volume for a transaction?
