I also think they are locked in pre-sale phase.

Isn't that the tokens are unlocked after the sale ends?

I think tokens are locked longer.They should be locked even after sale ends, at least bonus tokens that you get to avoid dumps when TCO hits exchange.Don't know how long will they be locked though, would be nice if someone knows to share?
