Binance been hacked again,,,, the hacker dumped all altcoins to BTC, and then use those BTC to pump VIA (I don't know this coin) from $0.000225 to $0.025!

and then Binance locked withdrawing!

BUT the hackers already made billions from bear market....!

They listed short orders on many other exchanges and sell VIA with high price !

seems the hacker is more smarter this time!

If by "hacked again" you're referring to McAfee tweet a few weeks ago then It was confirmed that they didn't get hacked. As for yesterday's incident, Hackers made billions? not a lot of users were affected by this hack and as you can see on their blog post:

Binance hasn't been hacked in the past.

And no. The hacker definitely didn't make billions. Where the fuck did you even get your information from?

Ok, so they accumulated Viacoins first then used the hacked accounts' Bitcoins to pump VIA in Binance, and then all the other exchanges like Bittrex followed the move, and that is where they made their money from?

Hacked again? I don't know where did you get this information because as far as I know there is no history that binance got hacked before. How can you come up with a conclusion that the hacker dump altcoins to buy Bitcoin and pump VIA? where is you proof? I'm not sure that the market fell only because of news about the Binance exchange, but this factor also had some impact on the market. It is not clear when the prices in the market stabilize, I would like to quickly ...

you seem to be very new to altcoin markets so welcome aboard.

these pumps are very common and are happening every single day for at least a couple of altcoins (usually at least 3) when pumpers pump them from some very low price like 10 satoshi up to 10000 satoshi even!
they certainly don't need a hacker to hack and pump a shitcoin. and a hacker won't gain anything to pump that shitcoin they gain anything if they withdraw.

The CEO of binance suggested that the hackers (who didnt actual hack binance but rather phished logins) actually managed to make a loss on the trades as their withdrawals were frozen. Trades made with the hackers coins have been reversed, I just wish theyd reverse some of my trades in early Januarylate December Cheesy

The exchange didn't get hacked but a trading bot, which used the users apis to sell all their alts for btc and buy via. Stop with this FUD. Also for your knowledge the transactions were reversed and the withdrawals halted. So no one really lost but the hackers.

i seriously doubt that bitcoin drop had anything to do with this hack, the news of it was not even big enough to make any meaningful difference. i doubt that it was even real! maybe Binance messed up something or pumped VIA themselves and were caught and wanted to hide it with their blog post.

Binance has acted with much more seriousness and smartness this time. Its immediately suspended all the withdrawls and deposits of all kinds. Reversed the trade after a few hours putting back all the bought VIA back to their original holders. We can say it kind of took the time 2 hours backward straightaway.

The hacker owns VIA, attacks other people's accounts and buys VIA, pushes up VIA price and sells VIA!

The coin was not stolen, just exchanged for other COINS. It is the exchange's responsibility to compensate customers for all losses.
