cool idea for such a major purchase to pay bitcoins. I hope soon for any product can be paid with bitcoins

While I don't ever plan to purchase a home, it is good to know I could purchase one with Bitcoin. Hopefully one day that could expand to altcoins like Ethereum and other big caps, but for now this is fantastic!

I think a major issue with this right now is most people would be converting fiat in to BTC for such a large purchase and without a way to convert fiat to BTC for low commission at a fair market rate they will be better off just paying in FIAT and paying the fees to their bank etc. In an ideal world we will one day be in a situation where btc is that much cheaper to use that there are even advisors and such who recommend it.

Why wouldn't you? Don't you plan to settle down and have family or you had already a home to start ?

There will be always room for progress since they already started accepting BTC as payment for the house. Consumers will request to enable paying with other main crypto currencies. We have experienced good services with our local exchange, first it was just BTC to our local money then they improved the app and now we can even exchange for eth so there is a possibility that it may happen to other services too. It's an easing feelings that things like these happens while the market faced reecent turmoils.

Transacting a good amount of Bitcoin is not that good since the fees are also going up and the fees sometimes are really taking it's time. I just hope other altcoins are added too since these days, Bitcoin is not the only digital currency that is popular but Bitcoin is great for starters right?

That's a good site, but I think buying now with your Bitcoin is a lose in someway since its price is not like last January or December, it is good to have a look on the houses and the options but it is much better to buy houses when the Bitcoin price increases.

What a shame that it is only available in the United States. Maybe it's high time to move there. Just joking, there are probably people in Europe who would like to sell a house for Bitcoin or other popular cryptocurrency. I think I have seen such advert once but someone was selling an apartament for a few bitcoins. Unfortunately, it was in a small city where there is nothing much to do so I guess that nobody is going to buy it anytime soon. Giving a discount for paying in crypto would be interesting. This method should be used by estate agents.
