Do not ban ever. And it's not in the ports. You just can not close already open knowledge. If it was opened, then it is someone you need. While it is needed, it will be used regardless of the will of the state.

is that technically possible?I think not.and if this happens, many people in many countries just get impoverished and it will be difficult to find another income
