I think we can't control people joining the campaign especially more people searching for an extra income online that leads them here on the forum. That is why bounty managers limit the participants so that doing bounty becomes lucrative rather than get frustrated for getting minimal tokens. However, huge participants in the bounty campaigns are definitely good for ICOs because this is the main purpose why "bounty hunting"  exists in the first place.

Given that the number of participants in the bounty campaigns is still growing, participation in the bounty is still profitable. When profits will fall, then the number of participants will stop growing.

that's really a tough one though! we can't control the people who joins a bounty campaign, some bounty campaign has a limit of participants who will join in that project, but for me you can choose the bounty that only has a small number of participant so you able to earn more.
