Config file add string genproclimit=-1

You not need bat/
Just add to wavi.conf:
gen=1
genproclimit=you number of threads

What a syntax to setgenerate number of CPU?
By default is set to 1, and want to increse it.

Yes, but now hashrate is too big for solo.

Mine with wallet at such hashrate is a bad idea.
But i did not find working miner for Windows.
Give me advice, where to get it?
