As far as  I know, no. If I got it right, the issue will be limited by 21 million BTC1 coins.   

You have interesting thoughts, though, if you take a closer look, maybe it will really be so? After all, they already have their own app and website, as   any bank does. As I understand it, they will probably also have their own processing - judging by the fact that payments within the platform will be carried out in BTC1. And anyway, if you think carefully, then nothing prevents them from implementation of such a project.

In my opinion, something similar is already offered by Ripple, so this project will not be something really new.
