No, Bitcoin is not digital gold. Bitcoin is digital
freedom. In a world of "
embargo this, sanction that, economically isolate them, blockade those borders and build that wall", you can now completely ignore all of it and trade with whoever you want, whenever you want, with no one getting in your way. No governments, no barriers, no permission required. Everything becomes open and accessible again. Gold and other precious metals will never give you this level of freedom. Why compare Bitcoin to something that will never be its equal?
