The divident structure is great.

Weekly divident of 51 % of exchange fees and quarterly divident of 12% of company profit is definitely a good incentive to hold the token.

What do you guys think is the most uniqe features of this project/token?

I think it's the standing on multiple pillars, it's really unique, OTC, mining, spotpay and fiat exchange, other projects do a single one of these. It will give stability to the project.

We really need an exchange which gave us share for holding their token.B ut top exchanges don't give us that facility. And if some of them give that facility the share is in some random token.but Spotcoin will change the game when it will hit the market. So hope it will come soon. And it also comes with some mining facilities .Exchange and mining fecility under one roof is best idea.It will help us all.hope for the success of this project.

I have several questions regarding the digital exchange.

1. What will be the fee that you are going to charge from the traders as the trading fee?
2. What are the fiat deposit and withdrawals methods that you are going to support?
3. How do you calculate the trading fees and convert them in to GAS? Are you going to convert the USD equivalent to GAS at the dividend payout date or what?
